At our bakery, we offer 11 types of bread, with a focus on seven varieties of naturally fermented sourdough, using only the finest local ingredients. Our pastries and sweets change seasonally, showcasing fresh, seasonal fruits and creative recipes. As a member of Laois Taste, we also provide artisanal products like jams, cheeses, honey, and coffee, supporting local producers. Located in a historic building in Abbeyleix, our bakery combines high-quality, handcrafted products with a deep connection to the local heritage and tradition of County Laois.
